Personally I really like the replay feature that you can just sit there all day watching the user's behavior on your site and improve the UX on the site by analyzing them. The dashboard interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the heatmap feature is clear and accurate.

It is a great tool for small and/or medium companies that want to track and see how their product is being used by real users. We also used it during many campaigns, creating heatmaps of A/B test landing pages and seeing which one has the qualitative and quantitative better performances.     We switched to WatchThemLive from some other solution in order to be able to analyze conversion funnels on the websites of our clients, but we do much more than that. We weed out some errors, analyze problems with the funnels we manage, and in general, have a better understanding of what is going on on our sites.     WatchThemLive helped us detect UX problems

    We are using WatchThemLive only in the Product Department to detect UX problems on our website and improve them. Personally I really like the replay feature that you can just sit there all day watching the user's behavior on your site and improve the UX on the site by analyzing them. The dashboard interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the heatmap feature is clear and accurate.

The best thing that WatchThemLive has over FullStory is that it tracks specific JS errors. This has been super helpful to see how many customers are seeing specific errors.

    I would recommend WatchThemLive for everyone, as I'm very satisfied with the service they provide. WatchThemLive is a must-have tool not only for e-commerce or webshop, but every website which wants to understand their visitors, and make it constantly better and better, more user friendly and convenient to use. It generates very nice heatmaps where you can check the specified page structure and performance in terms of user interactions, also with recordings which is our most used part of WatchThemLive

    I specifically use WatchThemLive’s heat maps and other data to help me understand how my users are interacting with my website, and it helps me understand where I can make changes, for example, on my sales page or on one of my blogs. Once I understand how they use it, then I make the change and record it again.

    Great tool for usability testing!

    We wanted to redesign our website to make it more user-centric through usability testing. We didn't have the resources to perform laboratory usability testing. So one of our team members suggested using WatchThemLive. We were able to record users' interactions while performing tasks through session replays. It was all we needed, and we could spend our resources on other marketing efforts. We are still using WatchThemLive to improve our website, and it's been amazing. They are also always adding more cool features, like browser console tracking.

    Affordable and easy to use

    I found out about WatchThemLive on Dealify and bought a premium lifetime plan. And man am I happy I did that! It's easy to work with and wrap your head around and it does the job as it's supposed to.

    Great choice for Analyzing Users' behavior

    To understand if our business was headed toward the destination we planned for, we needed to set and track goals. Like any other business, we tried to use Google Analytics, but for example, we didn’t know why mobile users were leaving our website while desktop users had longer sessions. So, we decided to use another tool to help us visualize the user journey. With WatchThemLive, not only could we set and track goals, but we could also see the reason behind users’ actions by watching their whole sessions using session replays.

    All-in-one website CRO tool.

    I'm just gonna leave the same review I've already left on Capterra: At SocialPros, we were experiencing a considerable drop in signups for our family of sites. We weren't producing promising results despite consistent link-building and several rounds of content optimizations. After we decided to rely on a CRO tool to monitor inbound traffic and analyze visitor behavior, we did a bit of research and discovered WatchThemLive. When we compared it against competitors like Hotjar, we decided it's the best tool for solving the CR issue on SocialPros. The tool helped us understand the behavior of our users, and using WatchThemLive session recording and heatmap features, we were able to get to the bottom of the problem and improve CR.
