Great choice for Analyzing Users' behavior
To understand if our business was headed toward the destination we planned for, we needed to set and track goals. Like any other business, we tried to use Google Analytics, but for example, we didn’t know why mobile users were leaving our website while desktop users had longer sessions. So, we decided to use another tool to help us visualize the user journey.
