    After using WatchThemLive for 4 years, I think it is really a brilliant solution to improve my site and fix bugs. For example, when a user contactsme about a bug he encountered without giving me enough detail, I come back to WatchTheLive to see what really happened. It also helped me to improve interface and fix bugs.
