We are using WatchThemLive only in the Product Department to detect UX problems on our website and improve them. We use it to increase our conversion rate thanks to their session replays, and we also use it a lot to detect errors and bugs. So the main goal is to improve UX to have more satisfied clients. The dashboard is really well done and summarizes everything we need in a simple view, and the recordings are the thing we use the most to understand the real user journey.
