All-in-one website CRO tool.
I'm just gonna leave the same review I've already left on Capterra: At SocialPros, we were experiencing a considerable drop in signups for our family of sites. We weren't producing promising results despite consistent link-building and several rounds of content optimizations. After we decided to rely on a CRO tool to monitor inbound traffic and analyze visitor behavior, we did a bit of research and discovered WatchThemLive. When we compared it against competitors like Hotjar, we decided it's the best tool for solving the CR issue on SocialPros. The tool helped us understand the behavior of our users, and using WatchThemLive session recording and heatmap features, we were able to get to the bottom of the problem and improve CR.
👍 Pros: There's a lot of filtering capabilities within session recordings, which allows you to be able to find videos/users who meet your needs.|It is an easy product to be able to use in terms of navigation/ui.|The support team always seems to be on hand to provide any assistance and support.|Helpful heat maps.|Tracks user sentiment over time.|Provide feedback from users👎 Cons: I don't have any issues to report
