We (the product design team) use WatchThemLive to collect a mixture of qual and quant data quickly through our site. WatchThemLive has a wide range of tools such as session recordings, heatmaps, and web analytics within its suite that we make use of on a daily basis. WatchThemLive allows us to collect data incredibly quickly without needing to recruit users and design a lengthy research plan.
