ParseFlow is a document parsing API that converts PDFs, DOCX files, and plain text into structured, evidence-backed JSON output for developers, automations, and AI workflows.
Unlike tools that return opaque extracted values, ParseFlow includes evidence metadata with every result — confidence scores, source character offsets, and evidence snippets showing exactly where each value came from. This makes output easier to verify, debug, and trust in production.
Key features: - Structured JSON extraction with evidence spans - Table-aware chunking with presets for RAG, summarization, and extraction - Async jobs and batch processing - LangChain and LlamaIndex adapters - MCP / OpenClaw tooling support - BYOK for advanced extraction with your own model provider keys - Free deterministic tier for evaluation
Best use cases: invoice processing, contract clause extraction, receipt parsing, document intake pipelines, RAG preprocessing, AI workflow integration.
Built by a student. Priced for builders and small teams.
Free deterministic tier available. Starter: $10/month Growth: $15/month

Parseflow.tech's answer:
Parseflow is built for solo devs and small teams. Unlike competitors, Parseflow has a simple set up and usage and is much more affordable compared to enterprise options while offering the same features and quality.
Parseflow.tech's answer:
As a student, AI chatbots and LLMs would always struggle to understand correctly my school homework and documents. To fix this, I built Parseflow to help improve the context for AI models simply to help me complete my homework. Today, Parseflow has become a finished product that can parse, chunk and organize all types of documents to improve context and reduce token usage.
Parseflow.tech's answer:
Parseflow is completely built with Python.
We switched to Zendesk hoping for a robust support platform, but the experience has been more frustrating than beneficial. On paper, it looks like it can do everything — ticketing, chat, reporting, multi-channel support — however, actually getting it to work the way you want is a challenge.
First off, the pricing feels out of step with reality. Key features we needed (automation, SLA controls, advanced reporting) were buried in higher-tier plans, which quickly inflated our costs. For a small to mid-size team, this made the platform feel overpriced compared to competitors.
The interface isn’t very friendly either. Between frequent UI changes and buried settings, training new agents becomes a project in itself. Even getting basic workflows set up required more time than expected. And ironically, when we did run into issues, Zendesk support wasn’t as quick or helpful as you’d hope from a company selling customer service software.
Overall, Zendesk has potential, but the combination of complex setup, high cost, and mediocre support makes it a 2-star experience in our book.
Based on our record, Zendesk seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 7 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

That's not a reddit a url. zendesk.com is the url, whatever the hell that is. Source: over 3 years ago
Had my new SSL delivered at around the same time as my old one expired and now I can't log in due to it having expired. Is there an alternative URL I can get to, to log in? I've tried zendesk.com and hoped for a backend route through there but no cigar. Source: almost 4 years ago
Seven hours later and I have still not received a new email from "BOOXHelp help@boox.com via zendesk.com" (or other boox/onyx email). The last human-generated email I got from there was two days ago (Wed, Aug 31, 3:15 PM). Source: about 4 years ago
My way of doing marketing starts with figuring out what my overall project will (or will not) be. In this case, I looked at the vendors like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Help Scout. They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. I’d emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead.
