We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.
It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!

All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.

It seems like there might be an issue for the UofG site that had the direct link to GryphMail. However, this is not the only way to access your school email. You can go to Outlook and sign in through there with you @uoguelph.ca address โ this method works and I was able to access my GryphMail today. Source: about 3 years ago

In** 2013** the company I worked for decided that everyone needed to move to Microsoft. We all started to use Outlook and the rest of the Office suite. I really liked the Outlook calendar on the desktop as I could schedule tasks and calendar items (with a little tweaking). Unfortunately, that did not translate to mobile. I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive...
