They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. Iโd emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead. I'm reminded of the recent revelations about how the vast majority of Binance's customers were located in the US and China, jurisdictions in which Binance was banned.
