FlowCastle turns Telegram and your website chat into a complete business channel โ€” one place to capture leads, answer customers, take payments, and run marketing you can actually measure.

Who it's for: small businesses and creators who sell through Telegram, paid communities and subscription clubs, and the agencies that build bots for them. If your customers live in the messenger, FlowCastle is the operating layer for the whole journey โ€” from first hello to repeat purchase.

Build without engineers. Design conversations in a visual flow editor, or describe what you want and the AI assistant drafts the flow for you. Publish to your bot in minutes; the same flow also runs as a chat widget on your website, with one shared contact base across both channels.

Automate the business, not just the chat: lead capture and qualification, AI support with human handoff in a built-in live-chat inbox, payments (Telegram Payments and Stripe subscriptions), a contact CRM, and a catalog of ready-made templates.

Smart marketing built in. Broadcasts and drip sequences are tied to conversion goals, so you see which campaign, sequence step, and traffic source actually converted โ€” with AI-generated insights instead of raw delivery counters.

No ceiling. When no-code runs out, write TypeScript inside the flow โ€” no external backend. An MCP server lets AI tools like Claude and Cursor build and edit your bots.

Start free and have your first bot live in about 10 minutes.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Intercom and FlowCastle.

What makes your product unique?

FlowCastle's answer:

Three things set FlowCastle apart:

  • One flow, two channels. The same flow you build for a Telegram bot can run in a chat widget on your website โ€” one automation, two channels, one contact base.
  • No code needed, but code is never out of reach. Flows are built in a visual drag-and-drop editor, and an AI assistant can draft a flow from a plain-language description. When you do want code, a TypeScript escape hatch lets you write custom logic inside the flow โ€” no external backend needed.
  • AI agents can build your bots for you. FlowCastle ships an MCP server, so MCP-capable AI agents like Claude or Cursor can read your workspace and build or edit flows programmatically.

On top of that, the day-two work is built in rather than bolted on: broadcasts and drip sequences, conversion goals and analytics, payments inside the bot, a live-chat inbox for human handoff, a contact CRM, and a catalog of ready-made templates. There is a free plan to start building.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

FlowCastle's answer:

Most platforms treat Telegram as one channel among many. FlowCastle is built Telegram-first, so the features go deeper โ€” and the same flows also run in a chat widget on your website.

  • Marketing that reports conversions, not just deliveries. Broadcasts and drip sequences tied to conversion goals โ€” you see attributed conversions per broadcast, sequence step, and traffic source, plus AI-generated insights, not just delivery counters.
  • Payments inside the bot. Native Telegram Payments with catalog and order tracking inside the flow, and Stripe checkout for subscription-style access.
  • Website chat included. The same flow, AI, and live-chat inbox run in an embeddable widget on your site โ€” one automation, two channels, one contact base.
  • No ceiling. A TypeScript escape hatch lets a developer write custom logic inside the flow, and an MCP server lets AI agents like Claude or Cursor build and edit flows programmatically. You do not hit a wall when you need something custom.
  • White-label for agencies. Run bots for multiple clients, each under its own brand.
  • Free plan to start building; see the pricing page for current tiers.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

FlowCastle's answer:

Small businesses, creators, and agencies that want a Telegram bot doing real work โ€” lead capture and qualification, support with human handoff, paid access and bookings, onboarding, and marketing broadcasts โ€” without hiring a developer or maintaining a codebase.

Three groups in particular:

  • Non-technical operators and marketers. You do not need to know how to code: flows are built in a visual drag-and-drop editor, and an AI assistant can draft a flow from a plain-language description.
  • Agencies and freelancers. Run bots for multiple clients under a white-label brand, reusing templates instead of rebuilding each project.
  • Developers who want the plumbing solved. Hosting, delivery, analytics, and payments are built in, and a TypeScript escape hatch plus an MCP server keep custom logic and AI-driven editing available when you need them.

The strongest early traction is with crypto/web3 projects and creator communities, where Telegram is already the primary channel โ€” but the platform is general-purpose, and the same flows also run in a chat widget on a website.

What's the story behind your product?

FlowCastle's answer:

FlowCastle came out of a simple observation: AI made writing bot code fast, but a custom bot is still a codebase. Someone still has to host it, wire up the integrations, keep it up, and rebuild the extras โ€” payments, broadcasts, live chat, analytics โ€” from scratch. And every later tweak needs a developer, a deploy, and a retest.

So we put the whole workflow on one visual canvas that a whole team can see and edit, with hosting and the day-two features built in. An AI assistant drafts the flow from a plain-language prompt; changing it afterwards takes minutes instead of another development cycle.

The same canvas now also powers an embeddable chat widget, so one automation can greet people in Telegram and on your website. The longer-term ambition is an operating system for business on Telegram โ€” acquire, convert, support, and charge customers inside the messenger โ€” with a white-label layer for the agencies that serve them.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

FlowCastle's answer:

TypeScript end to end, in a single monorepo.

  • Backend: Node.js with Express and Apollo GraphQL, TypeORM over PostgreSQL, and Redis with BullMQ for background jobs โ€” broadcasts, drip sequences, scheduled steps, and delayed resumes.
  • Frontend: React 18 with Vite; the visual flow editor is a node-and-edge canvas built on Rete.js.
  • Bot runtime: a separate service that executes the compiled flow, talking to the Telegram Bot API and to the platform over gRPC. The website chat widget runs the same flows over WebSockets.
  • Custom logic: user-written TypeScript runs sandboxed inside the flow, so custom steps need no external backend.
  • AI: an assistant that drafts and edits flows from a plain-language prompt, plus an MCP server so MCP-capable agents such as Claude or Cursor can read a workspace and build or edit flows programmatically.
  • Infrastructure: Docker and Kubernetes, provisioned with Terraform.
