   Intercom provides a lot of value to us. From live chat to email marketing and even helping us to create support documentation, Intercom handles a lot of key moving parts that are essential to keeping customers happy.

  Just keep in mind there are so many ways people's email can be compromised. From social hacks to technical. Take what I'm saying as something to add to your collective knowledge but not as fact.   For months I haven't been able to connect to spectrum.com . All I get is a spinning wheel that never stops. No such problems with the rest of the internet. Today, their tech support(and a supervisor) blamed everything but their own website...because it was up and working so that means the problem couldn't possibly with them.
