Also, make sure you call direct customer service for this: a number from a website that is actually spectrum.com. I work in indirect, so I partner with resellers/etc., and that's usually where pricing confusion comes from. $70(ish) for 200M is our Business pricing so there's a chance you were speaking to a channel partner, or a business account executive.
