The ability to shape the system around our work processes has been the biggest advantage for us. Weโve customized fields, layouts, and even created new entities using Entity Manager without touching the code. The interface is clean and new team members pick it up quickly. We mainly use it for managing leads, tracking opportunities, sending mass emails, and automating follow-ups. The automation has saved us a lot of manual effort and reduced mistakes.
We use EspoCRM to solve many tasks. In particular, the marketing department actively uses this platform for lead storage, contact management and email automation.

My 2c from lots of remote math tutoring, and one coding-for-fun middle school student: - student motivation is everything. Hard to motivate thru a screen and with cameras off. Hard to keep them engaged or recognize if they're engaged. Less of an issue with adult students. - reduce friction for students as much as possible. Ideally one web tool, zero installs.
