Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Ringside and RingCentral.

What makes your product unique?

Ringside's answer

Ringside runs inside HubSpot rather than beside it. A rep presses Call on a contact record, Ringside rings the rep's own handset and bridges the prospect, and both sides of the conversation transcribe live while a coach scores it against MEDDIC, SPIN, BANT or a framework you write yourself. Pick an outcome and the call, an AI summary, action items and the full transcript are written back onto the HubSpot contact. Point it at a HubSpot list and it power-dials that list, holding the rep's line between prospects.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Ringside's answer

Most diallers log that a call happened and stop there, and most conversation intelligence tools only review the call after it ends. Ringside does both in one pass: it dials from the HubSpot record or power-dials a HubSpot list, coaches the rep while the call is running, and writes the outcome, summary, action items and transcript back to the contact timeline. Setup is an OAuth connect to your portal, so there is no second CRM to keep in sync and no list export.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Ringside's answer

SMB and mid-market outbound sales teams that run on HubSpot: SDRs and AEs making the calls, the managers who review them, and the RevOps lead who wants every call, transcript and outcome on the contact record. Teams of one to fifty reps get the most out of it.

What's the story behind your product?

Ringside's answer

Ringside started from four asks by a RevOps design partner: one-click dial from the HubSpot record, dialling from a phone, recording and transcription pushed back into the record, and HubSpot segments turned into a dialler queue on desktop and mobile. Those four asks are still what the product is built around, which is why it lives in HubSpot rather than asking a team to work somewhere else during the call.
