We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.
It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!

All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.

I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... If you want to buy Macrium Reflect you can redeploy your old computer's image on to your new computer - MR sorts out the different hardware driver issues - but quite frankly it's usually best to copy over your personal files, fresh install 3rd-party software with something like Ninite, Patch My PC or WingetUI and then export the settings and app data over from the old computer. If you image your whole drive and then restore it, you'll be right back in the same exact place you are now. Back up your personal files, 3rd-party software settings (where possible) and browser bookmarks to external storage, do a PC reset from settings using the cloud option, reinstall 3rd-party software with Ninite or Patch My PC.
