What's the story behind your product?

nrtur's answer:

nrtur started with a simple frustration: every CRM small teams tried was either too basic to grow with, or too bloated and expensive to actually use. Big platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot demanded weeks of setup and a dedicated admin; lightweight tools hit a ceiling the moment a team needed real automation or reporting. So we set out to build the CRM in between one that gives a small team enterprise-grade power (visual pipelines, no-code automations, revenue forecasting) while staying simple enough to run without a specialist. Every decision comes back to one idea: a small team should be productive on day one, not after a month of onboarding. That's nrtur best-of-breed, built for the teams the big CRMs overlooked.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

nrtur is a modern, type-safe web application.

Backend: Go (1.26) with go-chi for HTTP routing; PostgreSQL via pgx, with sqlc for type-safe queries and goose for migrations; Asynq on Redis for background jobs; AWS S3 for object storage; Stripe for payments and Resend for email; OIDC for authentication; Testcontainers for integration testing.

Frontend: Next.js 16 with React 19 and TypeScript; Tailwind CSS v4 with shadcn/ui (Radix primitives + Lucide icons); React Query for server state and Zustand for local state; React Hook Form with Zod validation; type-safe REST via openapi-fetch/openapi-typescript against the backend's OpenAPI spec; tested with Vitest + React Testing Library. Managed with pnpm.

    We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
