nrtur's answer
nrtur is an all-in-one CRM built specifically for small teams the power of enterprise tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, without the setup, cost, or complexity. What sets it apart is that everything works together out of the box: contacts, visual sales pipelines, email sync, and a no-code automation builder all live in one place, and every email, call, and deal update logs automatically. Most small-team CRMs force a choice between "simple but limited" and "powerful but overwhelming" nrtur is built to be both simple and complete, so teams are productive on day one.
nrtur's answer
Against enterprise CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), nrtur is far faster to set up and a fraction of the price no implementation project, no dedicated admin, starting at $29/user/mo. Against lightweight CRMs (Pipedrive, Zoho, Less Annoying CRM), nrtur does more out of the box: a visual automation builder, revenue forecasting, and role-based team permissions all come standard. You get the completeness of a big CRM with the simplicity of a small one plus a 14-day free trial with no credit card, so you can prove the fit before you commit.
nrtur's answer
nrtur is built for small teams and growing small businesses sales and revenue teams of roughly 2 to 25 people who've outgrown spreadsheets but don't want the cost or complexity of enterprise CRM. It fits founders, agencies, and small B2B sales teams who want a clean, all-in-one system they can run themselves without a dedicated admin.
nrtur's answer
nrtur started with a simple frustration: every CRM small teams tried was either too basic to grow with, or too bloated and expensive to actually use. Big platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot demanded weeks of setup and a dedicated admin; lightweight tools hit a ceiling the moment a team needed real automation or reporting. So we set out to build the CRM in between one that gives a small team enterprise-grade power (visual pipelines, no-code automations, revenue forecasting) while staying simple enough to run without a specialist. Every decision comes back to one idea: a small team should be productive on day one, not after a month of onboarding. That's nrtur best-of-breed, built for the teams the big CRMs overlooked.

We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.
It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!
Keep up the great work!
All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.
Based on our record, Pipedrive seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 2 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... I mean it could syncronize all the datapoints that local Microsoft programs already have access to: mail, contacts, projects, teams, and LinkedIn. Source: over 3 years ago
Pipedrive โ our CRM for tracking leads, tasks, conversations, and deals. We chose Pipedrive because it does a good job of providing an intuitive and relatively simple CRM while still having enough features to track our sales conversations. Pricing is accessible. Source: over 4 years ago
