Open-source solution that truly meets your needs

We’ve been using EspoCRM for over a year already and so far it has met all of our needs. The ability to shape the system around our work processes has been the biggest advantage for us. We’ve customized fields, layouts, and even created new entities using Entity Manager without touching the code. The interface is clean and new team members pick it up quickly. We mainly use it for managing leads, tracking opportunities, sending mass emails, and automating follow-ups. The automation has saved us a lot of manual effort and reduced mistakes.
