   Pipedrive is sales focused and easy to use

   We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.

   Competitors: HubSpot CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zoho CRM

   Pros:    Easy to use|Sales first approach|Good reporting options

   Cons:    Mainly self-service support

   The best CRM for our SaaS business

   Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.

   It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!

   Best CRM Software: PipeDrive

   All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.

• Is there and easy way of porting a site from d7 to d9?

  There is a service call GitPod that provides a temporary container Drupal environment. If you are familiar with what is going on around the future of how Drupal modules will eventually be offered up, you will likely have seen the "Project Browser" module as a contrib demo of the approach. • Best Modules for Product and Recipe?

  For reviews, it depends entirely on what you mean by "review". I believe core has a simple comment module, although it may have been deprecated for D9? There are likely many review-style modules on drupal.org that might work, or if you just want to link out to third-party reviews then it could just be a repeating-value link field on the Product content type. • Leadership?

  They should also use standards tools like Github. The drupal.org platform was certainly impressive 10 years ago, today it's a pain to use it. They ducktape it with gitlab, but really it sucks to have to read documentation to simply do a pull request. Source: about 4 years ago

• Why doesn't Microsoft have a better CRM product...?

  I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... I mean it could syncronize all the datapoints that local Microsoft programs already have access to: mail, contacts, projects, teams, and LinkedIn. Source: almost 4 years ago
