    Nice Platform!

I'm a utility app owner, and there are 25K MAU's itself. We've been struggling to get over with the issues from our users that they reach us from many channels such as; Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, the app's contact us section, etc. Hence we have been spending too much time on related channels and this caused us got late to reply to the requests. Desk 360 has let us overwhelm all of the issues by providing an ability to manage those channels from a single platform. Also, the team helped us so much with upgrades which are tailored only for our needs. Long sentence short, if you're managing your brand, app. etc. by many channels, you gonna need to have Desk 360.
