Particularly, it suits teams that prioritize visual sales pipelines and require an easy learning curve.
I switched from Notion because xtiles is a simple but powerful tool for knowledge management. It's not about functionality, but about use cases, that both products help with. For instance, if you need to create a strict knowledge base for the team and save data, then the notion works. But if you want to save your knowledge and reuse it in the future - you'll definitely get more value using xtiles. Great product!
We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.
It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!

All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.
Based on our record, Pipedrive should be more popular than xTiles App. It has been mentiond 2 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I would highly recommend xtiles. After trying, notion, obsidian, logseq, craft, anytype, slite, and many other alternatives, I decided to go for Xtiles. I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... I mean it could syncronize all the datapoints that local Microsoft programs already have access to: mail, contacts, projects, teams, and LinkedIn. Source: over 3 years ago
