UserVoiceUserVoice is recommended for medium to large-sized businesses, product managers, customer experience teams, and any organization looking to foster a more interactive relationship with their customer base to drive product improvements. It suits industries where customer feedback is a critical component of growth and innovation, such as technology, software development, and digital services.
Beginners in app development, educators introducing app creation, small startups looking for rapid prototyping, and non-technical entrepreneurs interested in building mobile applications.

Not only can a user upvote a feature request or critical fix, but they can also add comments to help substantiate their vote. Source: over 4 years ago
Six months later, UserVoice wanted to sign in with Courier and mentioned we lacked some functionalities they wanted. Specifically, they wanted to put two blocks next to each other in the notification designer. So, the sales and product team reached out to me, and I went, โOh yeah, I hacked that together; it was cool but with a few bugs.โ. - Source: dev.to / over 4 years ago
