Weโve been using EspoCRM for over a year already and so far it has met all of our needs. The ability to shape the system around our work processes has been the biggest advantage for us. Weโve customized fields, layouts, and even created new entities using Entity Manager without touching the code. The interface is clean and new team members pick it up quickly. We mainly use it for managing leads, tracking opportunities, sending mass emails, and automating follow-ups. The automation has saved us a lot of manual effort and reduced mistakes.

Approximately 3 years ago I started doing a front-end development course on teamtreehouse.com wich was pretty good but was like 20 dollars a month.( so I dont really recommend it ) quite expensive. This got me an internship at a friends company. Wich I did for 1 year ( I did some front end stuff but mostly wordpress developing there wich wasnt really my thing but at least I had some tech related development stuff... Source: about 3 years ago
