   Better customer service

   Easy setup, they have different templates for different industries which is nice, can quite easily adjust it with the Social Epoch, customer support is great too

   My daily work is incomplete without it..

   Overall my experience with this CRM is great. I am using it daily and I can say that my daily work is incomplete without it. It is so simple to use and provides amazing results for reports and dashboards, their customer's support team is very responsive.

   This product is outstanding and the support team was excellent

   This SocialEpoch is super awesome, just exactly as described. I have been sending my business messages right from the CRM. ALL my team have been collaborating on the CRM with the help of this plugin and the support is 100% responsive. Thanks to the team for giving us wonderful experience.

I analyzed how it works. The minimal javascript is loaded async on the webpage. It is injecting an iframe with id intercom-frame. That iframe has a script in it's head with a source URl.
