We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.
It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!

All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.
We have been using Vercel to host some of our internally developed apps that help our team run our operations on Vercel and have found it to be a very developer friendly platform. With our apps built in Next JS it is a natural fit and the dev op pipelines can quickly and easily be configured. As these are internal apps used by our team they don't need to support huge traffic volumes so pricing has been affordable for us.
Based on our record, Vercel seems to be a lot more popular than Pipedrive. While we know about 650 links to Vercel, we've tracked only 2 mentions of Pipedrive. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... I mean it could syncronize all the datapoints that local Microsoft programs already have access to: mail, contacts, projects, teams, and LinkedIn. Source: over 3 years ago

What went wrong: The security commit added a Content-Security-Policy Header with connect-src 'self' https://*.public.blob.vercel-storage.com.
