As answered by people managing Pipedrive and Ubic.
Ubic's answer:
Ubic brings parallel dialing, CRM-connected prospect lists, call qualification and follow-up workflows into one browser-based workspace. It filters answering machines and invalid numbers, then connects a sales representative when a person answers. The product supports English and French, with French-language support and onboarding. Supported CRM synchronization depends on the connector and the fields configured by the team.
Ubic's answer:
Ubic is designed for B2B sales teams that prospect by phone: SDRs, business development representatives and sales managers. It is especially relevant when representatives work through prospect lists from a supported CRM or CSV file and managers need to organize calling activity, qualification and follow-up. Teams should check the supported objects and synchronization behavior of their CRM connector before adopting it.
