We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.

I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive...
