    Pipedrive is sales focused and easy to use

    We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.

    Setting it up from scratch is extremely annoying but there are foss solutions which manages everything mentioned and more, you only need to install & add the specified DNS records.
