I'm a backend developer with 10+ years of experience in Python and Go, working on distributed systems and microservices. Every day I was jumping between 5-6 different sites to format JSON, decode a JWT, test a regex, or convert a timestamp โ€” each one bloated with ads, cookie banners, and signup walls. The first version had 15 tools and took a weekend to build with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.     We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
