All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.

We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
There are plenty of affiliate platforms. I use impact.com and I pay $500 a month plus initial setup fee. I offer 50% commission so I got over 200 partners who applied to help me sell my compliance software. I didn't have to do any leg work to have them come to me, which is nice. Source: 5 months ago

I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive...
