Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Google Analytics and Phillforce.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Phillforce's answer:

Phillforce is currently in early validation and pre-launch, with the product being tested across businesses in SaaS, professional services, public health, and founder-led companies. The current focus is on generating real usage, measurable customer outcomes, and case studies before presenting a public list of major customers.

What makes your product unique?

Phillforce's answer:

Phillforce is built around one core question: what deserves attention first?

Instead of giving businesses a long list of marketing problems, Phillforce combines business context, website signals, funnel data, buyer journey evidence, and commercial information to identify the strongest current customer acquisition constraint.

It separates acquisition readiness, evidence confidence, funnel sensitivity, and intervention priority so users can see what to act on now, what to verify first, what to monitor, and what should wait.

The goal is not more dashboards. It is clearer decisions.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Phillforce's answer:

Phillforce is useful for teams that already have data, tools, and marketing activity but still struggle to decide what to fix first.

Many products focus on one part of the acquisition system, such as website conversion, attribution, intent, or funnel analytics. Phillforce looks across the broader acquisition system and turns the available evidence into a prioritized decision. Users can see the primary constraint, the evidence behind it, the recommended next action, the confidence level, and what should be measured after the intervention.

This makes Phillforce especially useful when the real problem is not lack of information, but lack of prioritization.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Phillforce's answer:

Phillforce is designed for founders, growth teams, marketing leaders, sales leaders, and growing businesses that want a clearer view of what is limiting customer acquisition.

It is especially relevant for B2B SaaS, technology companies, ecommerce businesses, service companies, and other teams with active acquisition efforts, website traffic, leads, pipeline, or commercial data.

The strongest fit is a business that is already doing marketing or sales activity but needs to know where to focus next.

What's the story behind your product?

Phillforce's answer:

Phillforce grew from a recurring problem I kept seeing in marketing, growth, and business development work.

Companies often respond to weak customer acquisition by adding more campaigns, more content, more tools, or more budget. But the real issue is often that no one has clearly identified what is limiting progress in the first place.

Phillforce was built to create a more disciplined way to make that decision.

The product evolved from customer acquisition diagnosis into a broader intelligence system that looks at business context, acquisition readiness, buyer journey evidence, funnel movement, constraints, and recommended actions.

The long-term goal is to help companies make better acquisition decisions before they spend more.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Phillforce's answer:

Phillforce is built as a custom web application on WordPress, using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and custom database logic.

The platform also includes custom analysis and decision systems, secure authentication, workspace management, report generation, PDF export, charting, evidence processing, and integrations for account access and notifications.

Large language models are used selectively for Ask Phill and conversational support around the intelligence, while the core acquisition analysis and decision logic are built into Phillforce itself.
