I built a form-to-email service like Formspree or Getform. My API accepts form submissions from the client, parses the request with formidable, and then sends the fields via email to the user. That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Mรผllner and Jonas ร dahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively.
