We mainly use it for managing leads, tracking opportunities, sending mass emails, and automating follow-ups. The automation has saved us a lot of manual effort and reduced mistakes.
We use EspoCRM to solve many tasks. In particular, the marketing department actively uses this platform for lead storage, contact management and email automation.
