You are right. It would be a nightmare to maintain 50+ versions, store deployments etc manually. But you really don't have to. One of the benefits of using CI/CD tools is easily automating those task for you. There are commercial CI/CD tools out there that are specific for flutter apps. Codemagic and bitrise are two of them.
