I use a lot of tools in business consulting for strategy, planning, workshops and presentations, and TabTree surprised me with how much it can handle in one place. The biggest advantage for me is being able to view the same document as a mind map, Kanban board, Gantt chart, notes, spreadsheet or presentation without rebuilding anything. That makes it very practical for turning messy ideas into something structured and client-ready. I also really like that it works offline, requires no account, and keeps files local. For client work, that is a big plus. It takes a little time to explore all the features, but once you understand the workflow, it feels like several productivity tools combined into one. The one-time price also makes it much more attractive than another monthly subscription.
