I'm finding a lot of 1000-1200 apartments on rent.com, I'm just not sure about the areas they are in. Like I said I used to live in Fox Chase and have been looking there but I am open to other areas. I just want to avoid places like Kensington and Nicetown-Tioga. Source: 5 months ago
Check rent.com and craigslist to see what the market is like for renting, redfin and zillow for housing market prices. Source: 10 months ago
I'd just look on craigslist, facebook, or rent.com if I were her. I got my apartment on craigslist and it's beautiful! Source: 10 months ago
In our market the MLS is a viable source of tenants along with Zillow. Zillow is good for marketing, not for valuation. Also use Apartments.com and rent.com and do not use craigslist at all. It's terrible for decent tenants here. Each market is different. Source: 10 months ago
I will be moving out of my home in early 2024 due to a pending divorce and I need to find a 1br1ba place or bigger. I have been checking CL recently to get an idea again what rent costs and I often cross check the price with zillow or rent.com, aparements.com as well. I often find the same place listed for quite a bit more on the other sites so Im thinking the CL ad is a scam. Are there legit rentals on CL that... Source: 11 months ago
So where do u live where there is nothing on rent.com for over $900 ????????? Source: 12 months ago
Apartments.com, zillow.com, and rent.com are how I looked for apartments. Source: 12 months ago
I'm assuming you're looking at the apartments by the river in Yonkers? If so, they're really doing a nice job revitalizing down there. I know a few people who live there and like it. You should look on rent.com though. Lots of people around here sublet. Source: 12 months ago
The average cost of a 2 bedroom apartment according to rent.com is just over $1900.00 Based on 2 income earners, what is enough? $20 hourly? $25? It seems a bit maddening to hear all this crap online and on TV about how no one wants to work, but there are still places that want to pay less than $20. No wonder that over 5 million people are behind on rent nationally. Employers need to recognize they will have to... Source: 12 months ago
Is this an agent you know and trust? It is a real red flag the there has been zero interest since May 1st. That indicates either a marketing issue, a condition issue or a pricing issue. Have you had her supply comps? Have you checked with other Realtors? When I put in a rental listings its like turning on a faucet, instant inquiries. But then I put them in the MLS, zillow, apartments.com, rent.com etc. Every... Source: 12 months ago
Hey lot, I've been having serious issues over the past few months trying to find a place to rent. I've been messaging property management companies, calling them, sending them emails, using their own websites, and I've been using sources like rent.com and apartments.com but I've been getting ghosted pretty badly while reaching out to them using all of those resources. I've wasted some money recently on some apps,... Source: about 1 year ago
I highly recommend talking to someone at Apartment Hunters, as it is a free service (so long as you let them know when you have chosen one of their suggestions). They help find places based on what you're looking for (it's kinda like using rent.com but with someone who typically knows more about the place). Source: about 1 year ago
Apartment.com, rent.com, zillow.com. Look up "[area] rental management" to find local companies that generally have slightly better offerings/customer service. Craigslist is even an option. Accept that the condition will not match the pictures but read reviews to prepare yourself. Know that generally disgruntled people are the ones who write reviews so if it's rated 3/5 it's not going to be great but it's... Source: about 1 year ago
Just found a house to rent a few weeks ago (finally!). I ended up digging into rent.com and narrowed search to houses, landed a nice one in Hilliard. Source: about 1 year ago
Where are you looking for rentals? It seems like rent.com has the most listings. Source: about 1 year ago
Prices went up all across the country. Jersey City happened to start from a higher base. And the rent.com stuff is hilariously off base. There are major composition biases in the rental indices that make Jersey City housing increases look misleadingly high compared to the rest of the nation, because Jersey City has a large amount of new units being built. The average looks higher because a greater proportion of... Source: about 1 year ago
Go to rent.com, trulia.com, and try to rent from a person who owns their apartment/condo vs. Renting from a management company. The owner may use rental management, but they are the ones to call the shots and ultimately make final decisions. Got lucky renting a 1-bedroom condo in Uptown from the owner who is extremely flexible and always on top of repairs/issues. Any bad experiences I had were always at rental... Source: about 1 year ago
If you are seeking a place while living elsewhere, try those rental websites such as rent.com. I think in your budget you should be able to find something. If you needn't be close to the U, there are lots of brand new apartments around the periphery of the city. Source: about 1 year ago
Rents increased in 2022 15.57% according to rent.com interest rates are well below that. Source: about 1 year ago
Rent.com isn't the place I've heard anyone using to look for housing. Ergo, the completion for that one house will be pretty low, might even be just you looking at it. Go get 'em, tiger! Source: about 1 year ago
I'm also interested in rowhouse options (of course with in-unit W/D) as they tend to be cheaper than apartments. I search on popular websites (zillow, rent.com, etc) and most of the move-in dates are much earlier than July/August. I'm worried that most places will be taken by the time summer arrived. I'd appreciate help with this as well. Source: about 1 year ago
