Rent.com is a free rental site that offers the largest selection of verified apartments for rent.

Is this an agent you know and trust? It is a real red flag the there has been zero interest since May 1st. That indicates either a marketing issue, a condition issue or a pricing issue. Have you had her supply comps? Have you checked with other Realtors? When I put in a rental listings its like turning on a faucet, instant inquiries. But then I put them in the MLS, zillow, apartments.com, rent.com etc. Every resource available. I also have professional photos taken and a walk-through video and floorplan. I also screen heavily so we end up with a tenant that meets all the LL/owner guidelines. Not all agents are the same. You may have an agent/Prop Mgmt co issue on your hands.
