Supports themes, syncing and uploading to your host (I’m using AWS S3 + Cloudfront for the moment), has a few extensions, more I can’t remember rn. Totally free and open source.   I know it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, but if it’s strictly a blog, I’m a fan of static site generators like https://getpublii.com - easy to set up, and you never have to worry about security, cost of hosting, scaling or traffic.   You can always try Publii (https://getpublii.com) and host it on Netlify. Only cost will then be the domain. You can technically host the site without a custom one however (you’ll get a name.netlify.app automatically). Source: over 1 year ago
