Publii

I personally also find Publii interesting. Among other things, this tool also offers a Markdown editor. However, I have not yet made my own experiences with it, since I am satisfied with Hugo.

HTML 5 UP

I've used this site in the past for blog HTML templates. https://html5up.net/ and the site is then hosted on GitHub pages as it is static (just a site for a friend of mine).
