We adopted Pipedrive for our sales team because we were looking for a CRM that was sales focused and didn't come with all the other unnecessary features and complexity of other solutions. We have been very happy with Pipedrive and our sales team consistently have good things to say about it. More importantly though our sales team do actually add and update the data which had been a problem with our previous CRM which was too complex and cumbersome to get regular useage. The reporting functionality is good too and I can get a clear view on deals and where they are up to.
Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.
It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!
Keep up the great work!
All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.

I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... I mean it could syncronize all the datapoints that local Microsoft programs already have access to: mail, contacts, projects, teams, and LinkedIn. Source: almost 3 years ago
Pipedrive โ our CRM for tracking leads, tasks, conversations, and deals. We chose Pipedrive because it does a good job of providing an intuitive and relatively simple CRM while still having enough features to track our sales conversations. Pricing is accessible. Source: over 3 years ago
Pipedrive, a prominent player in the CRM space, particularly in sales workflow and automation, has garnered a diverse range of opinions in public discourse. Positioned against industry heavyweights like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho CRM, Pipedrive distinguishes itself through affordability, usability, and functionality tailored specifically for sales teams.
Affordability and Accessibility: Pipedrive is often lauded for its economic pricing structure. As mentioned in discussions comparing CRM solutions like Salesforce and Copper, Pipedrive is recognized as a cost-effective option. This is especially appealing for small to medium-sized businesses aiming to optimize their sales processes without significant financial outlays.
Sales-Focused Features: Designed by salespeople for salespeople, Pipedrive provides features tailored to enhance the sales pipeline. Its ability to create custom sales pipelines and incorporate analytics is appreciated for reducing guesswork and fostering data-driven decision-making. This focus is echoing in multiple reviews, where businesses praise its impact on streamlining sales processes.
Ease of Use and Customization: Pipedrive's CRM is noted for its user-friendly interface and high degree of customization. Users can modify workflows to align with specific business processes, which is beneficial for businesses still developing their market strategies. The softwareโs intuitiveness ensures that even complex workflows are manageable, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of businesses.
Integration Capabilities: The CRM offers robust integration options with over 100 leading software solutions, including Google apps. This flexibility in syncing various tools and applications is highlighted as a significant advantage, providing seamless transitions and data synchronization across platforms.
Mobile Optimization: The mobile-responsive design of Pipedrive, paired with its appโs features such as offline access, call logging, and client proximity locators, enhances its utility for salespeople on the move. This functionality expands its appeal to teams requiring flexibility in location and device usage.
Integration Complexity with Other Ecosystems: Despite its strengths, Pipedrive has been criticized for integration challenges, notably with Atlassianโs Jira. Concerns about costly, complex integrations prone to synchronization issues have been raised, underscoring a potential limitation for teams heavily reliant on Jira.
Limited Features in Basic Plans: While cost-effective, the basic versions of Pipedrive reportedly lack several key CRM capabilities desired by salespeople, necessitating upgrades to more expensive tiers. This tiered feature availability can be a drawback for businesses operating under strict budget constraints but requiring comprehensive CRM functionalities.
In summary, Pipedrive possesses several strengths as a CRM solution, notably its affordability, sales-centric design, and ease of use. Its flexible integration options and mobile optimization further enhance its appeal, though some users may encounter challenges with advanced integrations and feature limitations in lower-cost plans. Understanding these nuances is crucial for businesses evaluating Pipedrive as a potential CRM tool within their technological ecosystem.
