Probably depends on location. I did a comparison for two different counties in WV, one county Zillow shows more listings, landwatch.com 2nd while the other county Landwatch.com more listings. land.com and landandfarm.com fewer listings. Source: 11 months ago
I’m also interested to find out if anyone has shared their listing themselves after the realtor has put it on the mls. I keep an eye on a few sites like landandfarm.com. First off, you need to own the land you're building on, which is not exactly easy with $0. Building anything anywhere that you do not own is trespassing and squatting, which rural communities especially hate, and will quickly launch you into being the focus of some stranger danger vibes.
