My way of doing marketing starts with figuring out what my overall project will (or will not) be. In this case, I looked at the vendors like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Help Scout. They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. I’d emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead. Have you tried cointracker.io or koinly.io? I don't know if they support Gemini. Crypto exchanges are weird with tax forms, doesn't make sense to me either but I think most of them only provide 1099misc. I'm probably not going to file anything crypto related with the IRS until crypto is actually regulated and exchanges create proper documentation. Source: over 1 year ago
