• I did a FTP test for my birthday! I completed the Build Me Up program and increased from 163 to 211, whilst losing 10kg over the 12 weeks :)

  Another great tool is xertonline.com it analysis your workouts and is able to update your ftp after each ride. I took 3 month pause from training and now my ftp grows 1-3 watts after each workout. But it is very complex and overwhelming... Source: almost 5 years ago
