I think that RM should consider a solution such as UserVoice which will let the user community vote on what critical bug fixes or new features we feel are most important. Scripted - quite technical (articles on SaaS, GDPR, etc) but better paid. Last I heard they were charging a fee to apply, so consider carefully. The fee wasn't in place when I applied about ten years ago. Source: over 4 years ago
