Tracya helps SaaS teams guide their users without involving their engineers. No end-user data leaves the European Economic Area, no IP addresses are stored for widget events, and a Data Processing Agreement is included on every plan. Tracya is operated by Athivia Labs SAS, a French company, which means no third-country jurisdiction applies to your users' data. For teams that need to answer a DPO's questions clearly, this is a real advantage over American onboarding tools.
The browser extension is available on the Chrome Web Store (which also covers Edge and Opera) and on Firefox Add-ons, so installation is a one-click, official process.
