Typeform vs. Active Form: How AI-Powered Forms Drive 2x Engagement & Smarter Data (2025)
Typeformโ€™s design-first approach is its strengthโ€”and its weakness. Its one-question-at-a-time flow feels conversational, but letโ€™s not confuse "polished" with "personalized." Youโ€™re still stuck manually programming logic jumps to hide irrelevant questions. If a userโ€™s answer hints theyโ€™re a vegan, Typeform wonโ€™t automatically skip the steakhouse survey questions unless...

  • What are the best tools for conducting (customer) interviews?
If it's feedback forms, you can simply use https://typeform.com/ and use conditions in the questions (e.g. If the User selected option X, show next question Y, etc.). Source: over 3 years ago
  • Wondering what this type of form is called? I'm assuming it's using JS and not CSS animations. (Remove if not allowed)
Its from typeform.com and it looks to be their own proprietary code, I couldn't see any specific libraries they were using. Source: almost 4 years ago
  • Has anyone ever heard about fends.co ? Is it legit or its a total scam?
Not any social medias, not a single review on trustpilot, not a single piece of verifiable information that their thing is legit, nothing. And also the weird thing that I saw is when you go take their survey so they can take your commission, they sent you to a weird โ€typeform.comโ€ link which apparently is a website that allowed them to have a web based platform they can use to create surveys without needing to... • LittleSnitch for Linux
Open source is rarely free as in free beer. Many have a non-commercial use clause GPL-like licenses, Patent liabilities, and if you are a business you pay per seat for the current compiled binary install/support. The fact is, if people really want to pirate work... There is no way to capture every user sale. • I like DAZ3D but there are absolutely no models or assets for me.
Also, I didn't see it mentioned, but if it's environments that you are mostly after, one possible solution is to use HDRIs for the background. Obviously those are more limiting than a proper 3D environment but might be good if you are just doing static, one-off shots. You can get free ones of those from https://polyhaven.com and https://hdri-haven.com. Source: about 3 years ago

As for rule 2 compliance, you may recall from the last post, I textured the duck with an image from unsplash. I used a terrain texture from polyhaven.com (was texturehaven.com back when I downloaded it.) I honestly cannot remember which tool I got the heightmap from, it was so long ago. But google terrain height map generator or some variant on that, I think there's like openGIS is one of them, and like,... Source: about 3 years ago
