Overall verdict

  • I don't have verified information about TalentRewards.app in my knowledge base, so I can't confirm its legitimacy, features, or quality with confidence. Before using it, I'd recommend researching independently through reviews, checking company registration details, reading user testimonials on third-party platforms, and verifying its security practices.

Why this product is good

  • I do not have specific data on this platform's track record, user base, or feature set to make a reliable assessment
  • No verified information available about its pricing, customer support quality, or business legitimacy
  • Cannot confirm security measures, data privacy practices, or compliance standards without additional research
  • Unable to validate claims about its effectiveness for talent management or rewards programs

Recommended for

  • Users should conduct independent due diligence before signing up
  • Check for reviews on trusted platforms like G2, Trustpilot, or Capterra
  • Verify company registration and contact information
  • Consider requesting a demo or trial before committing to a paid plan
  • Consult with HR technology forums or peer networks for firsthand experiences

Overall verdict

  • Sing App React Java by Flatlogic is a solid, well-structured admin dashboard template that pairs a modern React frontend with a Java (Spring Boot) backend, making it a good choice for developers who want a ready-made full-stack starter kit rather than building an admin panel from scratch.

Why this product is good

  • Combines a React frontend with a Java/Spring Boot backend, giving a complete full-stack boilerplate out of the box
  • Includes pre-built UI components, charts, tables, and forms that speed up dashboard development
  • Clean and modern design that follows common admin panel UX patterns
  • Comes with authentication and basic CRUD operations already implemented
  • Good documentation and support from Flatlogic for setup and customization
  • Regularly maintained and updated to keep dependencies current
  • Affordable compared to hiring a developer to build a similar boilerplate from scratch

Recommended for

  • Developers who want a quick-start template for building admin panels or internal tools
  • Teams building SaaS products that need a Java backend paired with a React UI
  • Freelancers or agencies looking to speed up client project delivery with a pre-built dashboard
  • Startups wanting to prototype an admin interface without investing heavily in initial UI/UX design
  • Java developers who prefer Spring Boot but want a modern JavaScript frontend without building it themselves

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing TalentRewards.app and Sing App React Java.

What makes your product unique?

TalentRewards.app's answer

TalentRewards includes real native-language AI in the price of the module: it drafts and improves performance feedback 4× faster and generates review questionnaires from a plain-language description — in Italian, English, Spanish, German and French, not just English. Pricing is modular (each module can be bought standalone from €4/user/month, free up to 10 users) and it is one of the very few performance platforms also available on-premise / self-hosted, which makes it viable for regulated sectors like public administration, banking and healthcare.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

TalentRewards.app's answer

Three reasons. Price transparency: a public price list, modules from €4/user/month, no spend minimums (Lattice requires $4,000/yr), no mandatory HRIS core (Personio, Factorial) and no paid AI add-on (15Five charges +$19/user/month for AI). Data sovereignty: EU-hosted, GDPR by design, or fully self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Focus: it is built for performance management — review cycles, MBO/OKR cascading, 360° feedback, 9-box calibration — not a generic HR suite where performance is a footnote.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

TalentRewards.app's answer

React and TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js (NestJS) on the backend, PostgreSQL with row-level security for multi-tenant data isolation. Deployed on EU infrastructure with Docker; also distributed as a self-hosted / on-premise package.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

TalentRewards.app's answer

HR managers and executives of 50–500-person companies that want structured, useful performance reviews without bureaucracy — especially European organizations that care about GDPR and native-language AI, and regulated sectors (public administration, banking, healthcare, life sciences) that need on-premise deployment.

What's the story behind your product?

TalentRewards.app's answer

TalentRewards was born from watching review season eat 6 weeks of HR time every year: spreadsheets everywhere, endless reminder emails, goals set in January and forgotten by February. We built the tool we wanted to use — automated cycles, goals that stay visible all year, and AI that actually writes well in your language — priced so that a 30-person company pays for 30 people, not for an enterprise minimum.
