Table Share is a single-purpose web utility that turns pasted tabular data into a clean, instantly shareable HTML table โ€” no accounts required for sender or recipient.

THE PROBLEM Existing options for sharing a one-off table all fail differently: - Screenshots: not searchable, not copyable, useless on mobile - Raw paste in chat: columns collapse, unreadable - CSV attachments: force download before viewing - Google Sheets: requires accounts, permission fiddling, overkill for snapshots

Table Share fills the gap with a workflow optimized for one-way data transmission.

HOW IT WORKS 1. Paste CSV, Excel range, TSV, or HTML table on the homepage 2. The data is parsed (PapaParse with autodetection of delimiters) 3. A unique 8-character URL is generated and auto-copied to clipboard 4. Recipients click the link and see a mobile-responsive HTML table 5. Free links auto-expire after 7 days; Pro after up to 90 days

TECH STACK - Cloudflare Workers (edge serverless, no cold start) - Workers KV (ephemeral storage with TTL) - PapaParse (client-side parsing) - Ko-fi + Resend (payment + Pro key delivery) - Plain HTML/CSS frontend, no frameworks

PRICING Free tier (no signup): - 500 rows, 50 columns - 7-day expiry - Unlimited shares - CSV download

Pro tier ($5 one-time, lifetime): - 5,000 rows, 100 columns - 90-day expiry, custom expiration windows - Password protection - Remove branding - REST API access (see /docs)

DESIGNED FOR Developers sharing query results, freelancers sending data to clients, teams sharing meeting snapshots, anyone tired of Google Sheets overhead for ad-hoc shares.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Table-Share.org and SheetSteps.

What's the story behind your product?

Table-Share.org's answer

Table Share was solo-founded by Mark Rhenzon and launched in November 2025. The founder built the utility because screenshotting raw SQL results into Slack remained the frustrating default workflow in the industry. The tool was built with a radical design minimalism inspired by Craigslistโ€”utilizing basic black text, a white background, and system fonts to ensure the entire process fits a fast, postcard-sized deployment.

SheetSteps's answer:

SheetSteps began with a simple goal: helping people get unstuck in Google Sheets through practical tutorials, working formulas, and editable templates. Over time, it became clear that users did not only need instructions, they needed a tool that could complete repetitive spreadsheet work for them. SheetSteps therefore evolved into an AI workspace focused on bringing web data into Google Sheets, creating live formulas, analyzing spreadsheets, and automating workflows while keeping results transparent and reviewable.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Table-Share.org's answer

  • JavaScript
    • Cloudflare Workers
    • Cloudflare KV
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • PapaParse
    • Resend
    • Ko-fi

SheetSteps's answer:

SheetSteps is built around the Google Sheets add-on platform and spreadsheet custom functions. Its product also uses AI model integrations, web-crawling and data-extraction technology, managed browser rendering for JavaScript-based websites, and cloud-based background processing for bulk scraping and scheduled monitoring. Users can also bring their own AI API key.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Table-Share.org's answer

The primary audience consists of technical professionals, freelancers, and small teams who handle ad-hoc data sharing. This includes developers sharing SQL query results, data analysts passing snapshots to non-technical stakeholders, freelancers sending data deliverables to clients, and small teams wanting read-only data sharing without buying extra SaaS seat licenses.

SheetSteps's answer:

SheetSteps is primarily designed for people and teams that use Google Sheets to collect and maintain web data. This includes SEO professionals conducting site audits, ecommerce teams monitoring products and prices, sales teams researching prospects, analysts collecting comparable information, marketers organizing online content, and operations teams automating repetitive spreadsheet work.

What makes your product unique?

Table-Share.org's answer

Table Share relies on radical minimalism and a single workflow: paste data, get a link, and finish in under 5 seconds. It requires no signup, no user accounts, and zero permission configurations for senders or recipients. While alternative tools optimize for collaborative editing, Table Share focuses purely on the one-way transmission of a data snapshot.

SheetSteps's answer:

SheetSteps combines AI-powered web scraping and live spreadsheet formulas directly inside Google Sheets. Users can turn a webpage, list of URLs, or entire sitemap into clean, structured columns, then use formulas such as SHEETSTEPS_EXTRACT to pull data into individual cells. It also supports JavaScript-rendered websites, saved scraping recipes, monitoring, and safe previews before anything is written to the spreadsheet.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Table-Share.org's answer

A person should choose Table Share because it eliminates the standard friction of sharing one-off tables. Unlike screenshots, Table Share tables are fully searchable and copyable. Unlike CSV attachments, it does not force a local file download, and unlike Google Sheets, it completely bypasses the need for account permissions and configuration dances.

SheetSteps's answer:

SheetSteps removes the need to switch between a separate scraping tool, CSV exports, and Google Sheets. Users can describe the information they need in plain English, preview real results, approve the destination columns, and run the workflow directly from their spreadsheet. It is designed to be approachable for nontechnical users while still supporting bulk URLs, sitemaps, custom fields, JavaScript rendering, reusable recipes, and recurring monitoring.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Table-Share.org's answer

  • Independent software developers sharing SQL query results
  • Freelance professionals sending data deliverables to clients
  • Data analysts sharing quick snapshots with non-technical stakeholders
  • Small operational teams sharing snapshots without full SaaS seat overhead
