Stedo is a calm daily planner for adults with ADHD.

Most productivity apps assume the problem is laziness, so they add pressure: red overdue badges, streaks that reset, the whole list of everything you haven't done. For an ADHD brain that's paralysis fuel. Stedo works the other way around โ€” it removes punishment instead of adding pressure.

How it works

  • Routines, not to-do lists. A to-do list demands a fresh decision every morning, and deciding is the expensive part. A routine is a decision made once: build the block, reuse it across days, edit it in one place.
  • Task breakdown. Big vague tasks become small concrete steps, so starting stops being the hard part.
  • Focus timer. One task, one timer, nothing else on screen.
  • AI planning. Brain-dump whatever is in your head and let it become a planned day. Entirely optional โ€” the app works fine without it.
  • Points and rewards that can't punish you. Streak freezes mean a bad day pauses your streak instead of erasing thirty good ones, and daily points are capped so it never turns into a compulsive chase.
  • Mood and insights. See how your days actually went, without judgment.

The home screen answers exactly two questions: what's now, and what's next. Nothing else. No red anywhere.

Free to download, with a 14-day trial of the full app. Available for iOS and Android in 9 languages.

Also free and open to everyone: a growing blog on ADHD, routines, focus and habits, and a questions and answers section on living with adult ADHD.
