Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

StackBlitz 6 features
DevProp 2 features
  • Speed
StackBlitz is known for its quick load times and fast editing capabilities, making it ideal for rapid development and testing.
  • Ease of Use
The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing developers to get started quickly without a steep learning curve.
  • Zero-Setup
Users can write, compile, and run code directly in the browser without any setup or configuration required.
  • Integrations
StackBlitz integrates seamlessly with GitHub, allowing for easy import and export of repositories.
  • WebContainers
StackBlitz uses WebContainers to run Node.js applications in the browser, providing a near-native development experience.
  • Collaboration
Real-time collaboration features allow multiple users to work on the same project simultaneously, similar to Google Docs.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Plugins
Unlike traditional IDEs like VSCode or IntelliJ, StackBlitz has a limited ecosystem of plugins and extensions.
  • Online Dependency
StackBlitz requires an internet connection to function, which can be a limitation for developers who need to work offline.
  • Performance
For very large projects or those requiring extensive computational resources, performance may degrade compared to local development environments.
  • Mobile Accessibility
While StackBlitz is accessible on mobile devices, the user experience is not as optimized as it is on desktop browsers.
  • Limited Framework Support
Although StackBlitz supports many popular frameworks, it doesn't support all frameworks or versions, which could be limiting for some projects.
  • Storage and Persistence
Files and data are stored in the cloud, which might raise concerns around data privacy and persistence for some users.
  • Multilingual site
The URL path (/en/) suggests the site offers an English version and probably other languages. That would make it usable for an international audience. I could not open the site, so this is inferred from the URL alone.
  • Dedicated domain
DevProp has its own domain (devprop.io), which suggests a standalone product or company rather than a page on a third-party platform. This is only a weak signal of legitimacy and says nothing about quality.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing StackBlitz and DevProp.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

DevProp's answer:

DevProp is built for independent real estate agencies, brokerage firms, and property management teams operating in Thailand—particularly in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai. It serves agency founders, managing brokers, and agent teams ranging from boutique 3-person shops to large multi-office operations managing residential sales, rentals, and expat relocation.

What makes your product unique?

DevProp's answer:

DevProp is built specifically from the ground up for the Thai real estate market rather than adapting a generic CRM. Key differentiators include native LINE OA integration to capture and route enquiries directly into pipeline stages, automated bilingual Thai/English contract generation with Thai ETA-compliant digital signatures, native 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax calculation, pre-loaded Bangkok BTS/MRT/ARL station tracking, and instant listing synchronization to 4-language agency websites (TH, EN, RU, ZH) with built-in AI video generation.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

DevProp's answer:

Unlike global CRMs that require costly third-party plugins, custom code, and external signing platforms, DevProp delivers a complete, end-to-end agency operating system out of the box. It replaces the messy stack of Google Sheets, LINE chat logs, Word contract templates, and external portals with a unified workspace featuring single-tenant data isolation, native co-broker commission splits, and automated localized workflows designed specifically for Thailand's real estate ecosystem.

What's the story behind your product?

DevProp's answer:

Thai real estate agencies have long been held back by fragmented operations: managing client chats manually in LINE, tracking inventory in spreadsheets, drafting contracts in Word, and calculating co-broker commissions by hand. Generic foreign CRMs failed to address Thailand’s LINE-first culture, transit-oriented property searches, and local legal standards. DevProp was engineered from real-world operations powering tens of thousands of Bangkok property listings to provide Thai agencies with a modern, fully integrated, automated platform built for how real estate is actually conducted in the country.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

DevProp's answer:

DevProp is built with modern, high-performance web and cloud technologies including a Next.js/React frontend for fast, localized, SEO-ready web portals, isolated single-tenant backend and database infrastructure with strict role-based access control (RBAC), direct integration with the LINE Messaging API and WhatsApp API, automated PDF contract rendering engines, and AI media pipelines for automated video reel generation and lead scoring.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

DevProp's answer:

PropMatch (propmatch.co)

Independent multi-office real estate brokerages in Bangkok

Expat relocation and property agencies in Phuket and Pattaya
